Kim Brangstrup (1952), holds a degree in business from Niels Brock Business School and has more than 25 years of professional experience from the financial markets. He is specialised within the energy field and was in 1988 the main investor behind the then largest wind turbine plant in Denmark. Mr. Brangstrup has since 1988 been the Managing Partner of Brancor Capital Partners (BCP), a specialised investment company also offering advisory within private equity and corporate finance. BCP owns 13% of NordEnergie Renewables A/S. For more than 10 years Mr. Brangstrups particular expertise was within government bond syndication and issuance of euro bonds. Prior to this Mr. Brangstrup worked as an international commodity broker (1975 -1986). Mr. Brangstrup is Chairman of the Boad of Directors of PNN Medical A/S.
Specialised within wind park operations and responsible for the daily operations including contact to equipment suppliers and the network of service teams and technicians. Mr. Christensen is responsible for the technical monitoring of all wind power plants with the objective to secure the highest possible availability ratio. He has extensive acquisition experience within renewable energy having completed investments of more than 100MW. He has since 2004 evaluated more than 1500MW of wind and solar power across Europe. Mr. Christensen has since 2004 been the Managing Director of NordEnergie A/S and its German subsidiary NordEnergie Verwaltung GmbH. Further he is responsible for the individual German legal entities. Prior to Mr. Christensen’s involvement in the wind power industry he ran a successful family business within the service industry.
Is NordEnergie Renewables CFO, He is responsible for all financial matters as well as for Investor Relations. Mr. Munch-Jensen has collected extensive experience in both fields at H. Lundbeck A/S, where he served first as chief of communications and later was nominated to become the chief financial officer and member of the Executive Board of Management. Whilst being the CFO of H.Lundbeck A/S, a company with approximately 5500 employees and a market capitalisation of € 2.4bn, Mr. Munch-Jensen successfully completed two major acquisitions with a total value of EUR 230m and initiated the spin-off of Life Cycle Pharma in 2002. He further successfully implemented two cost and working capital reduction programmes. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Munch-Jensen worked as Director at Prospect A/S, a leading Danish management communications consultancy. Mr. Munch-Jensen holds a Degree in Political Sciences

Benedikt Fraitzl is Vice President of Operations and Business Development. In that function, he is responsible for the commercialization of NER’s assets and for growing its role on the markets. Benedikt has extensive knowledge of all facets of wind farm development, strong knowledge of the German market and wind turbine generator manufacturers.
Mr. Fraitzl joined NER in 2009. Prior to that, Benedikt Fraitzl collected 2 years of M&A and transaction advisory experience, working for Ernst & Young’s TAS office in Copenhagen & Prague. He holds a Master of Science (Finance & Strategic Management) from Copenhagen Business School.
