Holds a law degree from the University of Copenhagen. Mr. Kønig is currently the Managing Partner of the law firm Kønig&Partners.

Mr. Kønig has been practicing as an attorney-at-law since 1977 and was in 1980 made partner in the law firm Lund-Nielsen (now Kønig&Partners).

Mr. Kønig is Chairman of the Board of Directors in Chemometec A/S, Select Sport A/S, Marienlyst A/S, VBT A/S, NordEnergie A/S and B. Nygaard Sørensen A/S.

Holds a civil engineer degree. Mr. Høstgaard has been a leading person within the Danish energy industry for more than 20 years. He was the Managing Director (2000-2005) of Elsam A/S (now Dong Energy) which at the time was Denmark's largest energy company and European leaders in the field of operating wind plants. Prior to this Mr. Høstgaard was Managing Director of I/S Nordjyllandsværket/ NV Kraft A/S (1995-2000) and I/S Nordkraft (1990-1995). Mr. Høstgaard is the Chairman of the Board of Directors in Greentech Energy Systems A/S and serves as member of the Board of Directors in Ålborg Energi Technik A/S and Xergi A/S.

Holds  a degree on masters level from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration and he is a Norwegian State Authorized Auditor. Mr. Torland is CEO of the Smedvig Family Office  and Managing Director of several Smedvig controlled entities. Prior to this he was President and CEO of Scana Industrier ASA (2001-2005), Managing Director of Peder Smedvig AS (1994-2001), and Controller/Finance Manager of Smedvig ASA (1991-1993). Mr. Torland is the chairman of the Board of Directors of the investment manager Smedvig Asset Allocation ASA and serves in the Investment Committee and Advisory Board of the private equity manager Smedvig Capital Ltd.

Holds a law degree from the University of Amsterdam, the Netherlands and a masters degree in Political Science from the Sorbonne University, France. Mr. Scholten is a Founding Partner of Delta Hydrocarbons, an Oil and Gas investment company. Prior thereto Mr. Scholten spent 20 years at Schlumberger, latest as worldwide Director of M&A, prior he was President for the company’s Oilfield Services in Europe, CIS and Africa. His career in Schlumberger began in the legal department in London, Paris and New York ending as worldwide Director of Legal Service. His professional career began at Loeff & Van Der Ploeg, a Dutch lawfirm, now part of Allen & Overy LLP.

Holds a civil engineer degree and a masters degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration. Further he earned an authorization from the Norwegian Society of Financial Analysts. Mr. Nordhagen is currently the Chief Investment Officer at Akershus County Council Pension Fund (Oslo County). Prior to this he worked as Investment Manager at Terra Kapitalforvaltning ASA (1998-2006) and Storebrand Kapitalforvaltning ASA (1993-1998). Mr. Nordhagen serves as a member of the Board of Directors in NorWatt AS and NorWatt Energy AS.

Holds a MBA with specialization in management and finance from the University of Hartford. Mr. Øvlesen is currently the CEO of Pnn Medical A/S and former CFO & VP Business Development of Action Pharma A/S. He was during the years 1998-2003 Financial Director and subsequently Managing Director of Chemometec A/S a company listed at the Danish Stock Exchange. Prior to this Mr. Øvelsen worked as Manager for a number of Danish and Australian companies. Mr. Øvelsen serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors in Pnn Medical SA and Chairman of the Board of VikarBasen A/S and serves as a board member of CLC Bio A/S, Cetrea A/S, Enovacor A/S and Sundialog A/S.
