About Us

NordEnergie Renewables is an independent power producer based in Copenhagen. The company was founded in early 2008, through a successful private placement to a group of leading European institutional and professional investors. 
 
We have untill now raised € 70m that have been invested in a portfolio of wind parks situated primarially in Germany with a capacity of 139 MW thereby supplying more than 66.000 European households with pure and renewable energy .

Our objective is to expand our portfolio to more than 300 MW by 2012.

We buy our wind parks turn-key from a handfull of very experienced and reputed developers with whom we work closely together. 

Operations are headed by a highly experienced management team with more that 20 years of profitable investment track record within renewable energy. In-house management expertise is in place at our Copenhagen headquarters within the technical, financial and legal aspects of energy production. The management team focuses on its core competences within operation of energy plants, while utilizing its vast industry network to plant developers, equipment suppliers and legal- and financial institutions in relation to outsourcing of among other tasks technical and commercial management.
